Ivan Rojas
Ivan Rojas is a dedicated soccer coach and player developer with over 14 years of experience guiding athletes from grassroots levels to collegiate and professional success.
Currently serving as a Training Player with two-time NWSL champions NJ/NY Gotham FC (2023 & 2025), Ivan brings elite, championship-level insights and tactics directly into his coaching while keeping sessions engaging and enjoyable for players of all ages.
As Assistant Varsity Coach at Bergen Catholic High School (2017–2025), he led defensive organization and tactical development, contributing to a 78% winning record (nearly 80%), 7 league titles, and the program’s first varsity county championship in 20 years. His player development efforts helped produce 8 state-recognized players in a single season — the highest in school history.
Through iFutbol (Founder & Director since 2015), Ivan has developed hundreds of youth players through private and group training sessions, summer camps, and team programs. He has helped dozens of athletes reach the level needed to play at the college level, with many earning scholarships and call-ups to youth and senior national teams. As Head Coach of Arsenal Soccer Club since 2012, he has built competitive travel teams while prioritizing technical excellence, tactical awareness, strong character, and a love for the game.
